• Your account is strictly personal — it must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Golbatapp may request identity documents at any time for verification purposes.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Golbatapp support immediately.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements

Golbatapp strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from opening an account or using the platform. This is not merely a regulatory requirement — protecting minors is a core responsibility at Golbatapp.

11 Dispute Resolution

12 Amendments to Terms & Their Effect

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Golbatapp's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
